Abbott, one of the most admired healthcare global company is also one of the oldest in India. It was established in India in 1910.
When I first read about it, I couldn’t believe it and hence thought of sharing.
Also for ease of reference, Abbott originally an American Company was founded in 1888. i.e., 22 years before it entered into India.
The Company’s first international affiliation was in London in 1907 and maybe that’s why it quickly ended up setting up a subsidiary in India as well in 1910.
