Rakshit Hargave would be joining Britannia w.e.f December 15, 2025.
- He is joining from Birla Opus – one of the most touted and disruptive initiative of Birla group in the paint sector
- With a career spanning more than 3 decades, Rakshit has a varied and extensive experience previously with Nestle, Unilever, Dominos, Lakme and Beiersdorf amongst others
- He is an alumnus of FMS, Delhi
- Rakshit will report to Varun Berry, the Chairman and MD
Rakshit replaces Rajneet Kohli who had resigned from Britannia in March 2025 and had joined Unilever.
In a surprise announcement, Varun Berry has now resigned after spending 11 years at the Company.
Rakshit will now also take over as MD.
