Indigo focuses on improving customer experience

In the post covid world, airlines globally are looking at revival and are expected to do very well over the short to medium term – revenge traveling for leisure as well as business.

Indigo to ensure that it continues to remain the leading airline in India, has listened to it’s customers and is in the process to improve the overall experience –

  • Improved seating for the entire fleet – to address customer feedback about the lightly padded seats
  • Ovens for hot meals – it currently only provides cold meals
  • In-seat plug sockets – to help customers charge the electronics

These are very important initiatives to take note of.
