Info Edge has invested Rs 91 crore into Aisle Network Private Limited.
Key points to note –
- Aisle, founded in January 2014 is engaged in the business of running multiple dating platforms – Aisle, Anbe, Arike and HeyDil.
- Info Edge is investing the said amount into Equity shares (primary and secondary) and Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS).
- Info Edge will get about 76% stake into Aisle on a fully converted and diluted basis.
- Aisle reported revenues of Rs 7.56 crore in FY 21.
The subject investment is too small to draw any meaningful inference for Info edge for now.
